Living better. Living longer. Living life.

As the second-oldest state in the nation in terms of population, West Virginia is in dire need for professionals who can work with its aging population. Because of the shifting population, there is a shortage of trained professionals working with older adults. The Summer Institute on Aging conference is working to overcome that shortage by offering annual professional development for individuals working in healthcare, social sciences and education.
